As Chair of the Creditors’ Rights Group, Alison B. Weinroth-Shaw currently concentrates her practice in creditors’ rights litigation and collections.  Her clients include individuals, medical facilities and commercial businesses. Ms. Weinroth-Shaw works with creditors and lenders to protect their rights and to resolve disputes in an expeditious manner through litigation and negotiation.

Ms. Weinroth-Shaw also handles Family Law and Municipal Court Law matters for the Firm. She has successfully represented clients in matrimonial matters, traffic matters, including DUI and suspended licenses, and collection matters.

Ms. Weinroth-Shaw has recently been named to the Cooper Foundation Board of Trustees. Prior to joining Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller in 2001, Ms. Weinroth-Shaw served as law clerk to the Honorable Martin A. Herman, Superior Court Judge of New Jersey, Criminal Part. She was also an associate with Alan Schorr & Associates, where she primarily practiced family law and employment law.
