Brad Cohen focuses his practice in the area of trust and estate as well as tax law. Specifically, Brad regularly counsels clients with regards to their estate planning, estate administration, trust and estate litigation, business succession planning, and IRS controversies.

In addition to his Juris Doctor which he earned from Rutgers School of Law-Camden, Brad holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation as well as a Certificate in Estate Planning, both of which he graduated cum laude from Temple University – Beasley School of Law.

Brad earned his bachelor’s degree from La Salle University where he majored in finance and minored in insurance.  While at La Salle, Brad played four years of NCAA division I basketball for the explorers. Brad also represented the United States while traveling to Europe in 2007 as a member of the United States Men’s Maccabi Basketball Team.

Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Brad acquired a significant amount of knowledge and experience in tax and trust & estate law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida, while working under the supervision of his father, Richard J. Cohen, Deceased., at the Law Offices of Richard J. Cohen, LLC.

Brad currently serves as a leader of the La Salle University South Jersey Alumni Association and is an active member of the Betty and Milton Katz JCC.
