Mr. Schultz concentrates his practice in the area of New Jersey Workers’ Compensation law. He also serves as the supervising attorney of the Delaware and New Jersey Legal Shield Department at Mattleman, Weinroth, & Miller, P.C.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Schultz was in private practice and handled various matters such as general litigation, workers’ compensation, insurance defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, bankruptcy, and family law.

Mr. Schultz served on the Board of Trustees for the Legal Aid Society of Mercer County from 1983-1989, and was President of the Board from 1988-1989. He also served as General Counsel for the Princeton Housing Authority from 1986 until 2001.
