Collections

The Firm offers a variety of collection services and employs both litigation and non-litigation collection methods to collect on secured and unsecured accounts. Our Collections Department deals with retail collections, medical collections, commercial collections, and replevin. We will aggressively pursue all avenues of recovery for our clients within the bounds of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable statutes.
