Currently, Holly M. Whitney practices in the Firm’s
Creditors’ Rights Group.  Her practice extends to all counties in Delaware, in the Justice of the Peace Court, the Court of Common Pleas, and Superior Court. Her prior practice areas include general civil litigation and probate of estates.

A Delaware native, Miss Whitney engages in pro bono representation of children through the Office of the Child Advocate and Delaware Volunteer Legal Services.
