Jaimee B. Henbest is a member of the firm’s Estate Practice Group concentrating her practice in the area of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation.  Ms. Henbest works with individuals, families, and business owners in both New Jersey and Florida on matters involving drafting estate-planning documents, administration of estates and trusts, business succession plans, real estate transactions, income tax planning, and guardianship matters.

Prior to joining Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, Ms. Henbest practiced with a law firm in Brandon, Florida managing the firm’s estate planning, trust administration, and probate practice areas.  Ms. Henbest was also an adjunct professor at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida where she taught a variety of law classes.
