Martin S. Weisberg focuses his practice primarily on Creditors’ Rights issues, including Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and UCC-1 Lien Enforcement. Mr. Weisberg has practiced in these areas for more than two decades and has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience with him to Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller P.C.

As the lead attorney in the Foreclosure/Bankruptcy Department, Mr. Weisberg is experienced in representing first and second mortgagees in residential and commercial foreclosures. He also commonly represents mortgagees in bankruptcy proceedings, which are often linked with foreclosure actions. In addition, Mr. Weisberg helps creditors and/or lenders with UCC-1 Lien Enforcement issues.
