Melanie J. Thompson is a general practitioner who also handles Collections and Foreclosure issues. Ms. Thompson also has prior experience in Family Law.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Thompson served as a law clerk in the Delaware Family Court, New Castle County, to the Honorable Jay P. James, Mark D. Buckworth and Chandlee Johnson Kuhn.  

After graduating from Widener University School of Law, Ms. Thompson volunteered a significant amount of her time with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization for several years. She is currently a Cub Scouts Den Leader with the Delmarva Council, Boy Scouts of America. Ms. Thompson also volunteers in the Wills for Heroes program.
