Nestor H. Smith is a civil litigator. He concentrates his practice in Corporate and Business law as well as Creditors’ Rights and collections.

Prior to joining Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, P.C. in 2009, Mr. Smith served as law clerk to the Honorable David W. Morgan, JSC. He was also an associate within one of the region’s largest civil litigation firms and served as Solicitor to a large municipality in southern New Jersey.

In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Smith is also an adjunct professor.
