Our Estate Planning Department is fully equipped to handle all of your estate planning needs, from a simple Will or Living Will to complex estate tax issues. Other estate planning services our Firm offers are living trusts, special needs trusts, life insurance trusts, and federal/state estate tax planning. The Estate Planning Department also handles estate administration and probate matters, and partners with the Real Estate Department for issues such as deed preparation and transfers of title.
