Mr. Elgart has over 20 years of experience in the courts of Delaware. He has litigated before the Industrial Accident Board, the Justice of the Peace Courts, the Court of Common Pleas, Superior Court, and Chancery Court on issues such as minor criminal matters, contracts, debt collection, personal injury, workers compensation, medical negligence, and estate disputes. Similarly, in Pennsylvania, he has practiced in the Philadelphia Municipal Court, Magisterial District Courts in the surrounding suburbs, The Court of Common Pleas, and Federal Courts in the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts. He has also done transactional work for clients.
Mr. Elgart is active in his local parish, and is an officer in his council of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoys spending time with his family and dog, and his hobby of cooking.
