Ashley Soble Nechemia, Esq.

Ashley Soble Nechemia joined Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, P.C. in 2017 and concentrates her practice in corporate law, real estate development and transactions, and business formation and general transactional counseling.  Ashley is also involved in landlord-tenant law, commercial and civil litigation, workers compensation and copyright infringement.  Ashley has experience representing real estate developers and homebuilding companies, as well as real estate investors, from due diligence and financing to acquisition and sale to third parties. Additionally, Ashley has guided other business clients in formation, lease negotiation, contract disputes and general business counseling.

Ashley earned her Juris Doctor in 2017 from Rutgers University Law School, her Masters of Business Administration from Rutgers University School of Business in 2017 and her Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University School of Business in 2011, where she was Alpha Epsilon Phi. She is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
