Erika Y. Tross is an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Delaware. Mrs. Tross works in the LegalShield department as a consulting attorney handling a broad range of matters including landlord/tenant, contracts, divorce, child custody, and bankruptcy.
Prior to joining Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, P.C., Mrs. Tross owned her own practice in family law and educational law. She also worked for over six years as a Deputy Attorney General with the Delaware Department of Justice. As a Deputy Attorney General, Mrs. Tross practiced in the defensive litigation unit and as counsel for the Delaware Division of Public Health. Prior to public service, Mrs. Tross worked for several years in the corporate bankruptcy department of a mid-size private law firm.
Mrs. Tross earned her juris doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School.
