Kimberley Stuart, Esq.

Kimberly Stuart bio page

I am an attorney in the Criminal Practice Group, having practiced law for the last eighteen years.  A former prosecutor and mother of three adolescents, I understand the issues that concern law enforcement, the courts, and most importantly, families in dealing with issues relating to violations of the law.

I’m currently serving my twelfth year as a member of my local school board.  While serving the community, I have become extremely well-versed in the issues pertaining to school bullying, drugs in schools, and the impact of social media on all aspects of the lives of young adults. I have handled thousands of cases concerning young people and helped them achieve positive outcomes, as a strong advocate and a caring individual.

I am a hands-on and tenacious practitioner who takes a holistic approach in helping my clients achieve the best results possible to minimize the impact of charges on client’s’ livelihood and liberty.

I engage in volunteer and pro bono service for the New Jersey Bar Foundation, the Haddon Heights Municipal Drug Alliance, and Oncidium.org, a non-profit organization that provides job training and resources to homeless individuals who seek to return to the productive community.
